What can I return or exchange?

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we're happy to offer a return or exchange within 7 days of your order date. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • All products should be returned in the original box and must be in their original condition.
  • The customer will shoulder shipping of the previous item to our office as well as the shipping of the new item.
  • As of now we don't process refunds, only exchanges for the same style in different sizes.
  • Damaged, worn, dirty or any shoes that we believe have been used will NOT be accepted. This also includes any items outside of the 15 day return period.

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know immediately and we'll make it right. We stand behind the quality of our shoes and want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

    How do I initiate the process?

    To initiate a return or exchange, simply e-mail us at infozaneashoes@gmail.com and indicate your Name, Order Number, Item Name, and indicate whether it's for exchange or refund, as well as a picture of the item for us to make sure that it hasn't been worn and is in its original condition.

    Once we reply to your e-mail you may ship it to the following address.
